Is the invoice generator free?

Yes. Ledger Invoice Generator is available to use without a paid subscription.

Do I need an account?

No account is required to create an invoice.

Can I save invoices?

Yes. The Save Current feature stores invoice data in your browser's local storage on that device and browser.

Can I download a PDF?

Yes. The Download PDF button opens the browser print interface, where you can print or select a PDF option.

Does Ledger send my invoice to a server?

The current generator is browser-based. Its saved drafts and saved invoices use local storage. You should still review your browser, network and any external services used by the page before entering highly sensitive information.

Can I use different currencies?

The generator currently provides INR, USD, EUR, GBP and JPY options.

Can I add a logo?

Yes. You can upload an image logo. The image is processed in the browser for use in the invoice preview.
